This site advertises land tracts in Hillsborough and Polk Counties, located in the State of Florida.  As you may know, choice land has become increasingly difficult to find.  I hope that the listings and resources available on these pages assist with your search and that I may be of service in conducting your next land purchase.

Each listing contains a photograph, aerial views, directions to the subdivision, flood, survey and plat maps and deed restrictions when applicable. Please note that portions of some tracts are located in a 100-year flood plain.  This means that if an individual builds in these sections of the land and has an outstanding loan, then he or she is required to carry flood insurance.  These areas may never have held nor will ever hold water, and some may be holding water right now.  In any case, the federal government has estimated that these areas may flood within the next 100 years.

Financial Options

 

Special financing for the listings on 1land.net is available with only 10% down and a 15-year fully amortized payment with a 3-year balloon.  All lots must be purchased with the intention of building a primary residence on-site.  A minimum credit score of 700 is required to qualify for the 10% down payment. Credit scores in the range 660-699 are eligible for financing with 20% down.
